The Hotel on Van Buren:

During the 1960’s this hotel, located on Van Buren in Phoenix, was once a Holiday Inn. Before that it appears that there was a small sandwich shop called “Dinette,” however its association with the hotel remains unknown. Recent attempts to revamp the building appear to have been halted for some time. Today it stands as a skeletal structure with hardly anything inside.
